Our mindfulness and meditation program supports our clients in understanding how thoughts, feelings, emotions, perceptions, and beliefs impact pain. Mindfulness and meditation are two integrative medicine modalities that have proven to manage and reduce chronic pain. These times are trying as it is, we are finding ourselves struggling with the simple daily requirements and stresses, let alone the excruciating discomfort of CHRONIC PAIN AND STRESS.
Mindfulness and meditation have helped people with chronic pain such as fibromyalgia, tinnitus, multiple sclerosis, arthritis, neuropathy, and a host of other conditions.
This program will support you to

How long is this program?
Classes are every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 11:30 am -12:00 pm for four weeks.
How can participants view the class?
All participants will be sent a link to the zoom class. If you miss a class, you can still view it on your own time.
