Mindfulness can be incredibly helpful in navigating the associated uncertainty. Mindfulness and meditation brings your attention to the present moment with curiosity, openness, and acceptance. Mindfulness and meditation practice improves mood and quality of life, increases mental clarity, and enhances emotional regulation. Research has shown that mindfulness and meditation can reduce stress and symptoms of depression, anxiety, sleep disturbance, and pain.

How long is this program?
Classes are every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 11:30 am -12:00 pm for four weeks.

All participants will be sent a link to the zoom class. If you miss a class, you can still view it on your own time.
